As a guy who has never watched what I ate or actively worked out I show the results. 10 lbs a year since I graduated. This app shows me what I am eating and helps me plan when I can have beer and wings (not the same day I had a Big Mac). I dont give up my favorite foods I just am more active in balancing what I eat. Does not feel like a diet.
