Not for athletes
This is the third food tracker app Ive used in my search for something that encourages, educates and is atleast somewhat designed for athletes/people who work out consistently. This app is very helpful for the average person looking to improve their overall awareness of their daily caloric intake. The speed settings (for how quickly youd like to lose weight) on this app is ridiculous. For an athlete like me who needs more calories per day (compared to a sedentary person) it said I should be consuming something like 1100 calories per day on medium-fast setting ! Crazy! Basically its a great app for seeing how much you eat.
DONT pay for the Noom Coach. NOT worth the $49.99. I was put in a group (in order to encourage you to stay accountable to your tracking goals) with a bunch of people who hadnt logged anything in weeks and were basically sedentary.
