Not worth the price

After 2 weeks the coach hasnt responded. I was finally assigned a group with so many people that there was no way to keep track of conversations except the overwhelming annoyance with the app. Most people discussed using other forms of social media to give support to one another because the lack of structure or "coaching" we were paying for. I wrote feedback telling them how disappointed I was with the unresponsive coach but after a automatic reply saying they received my comments, I havent heard anything further. Too much money for no service at all.
