I cant log in or Sign up

Idk if its the app update or not but I am unable to even get started on the app. Ive tried to log in with my prior account and I couldnt get int. Ive also tried to sign up through email and Facebook and nothing. The error box said that it might be an internet issue so I tried with my cellular data and wifi (different spots) and nothing. Im giving it a one star simply because I emailed (with my specific problem) and I wasnt helped.
