Possible SCAM
Noom offers a two week trial. They say you can cancel via the app store. They even empathetically offer to help to "coach" you through your health hurdles. They offer such kindness and even seem to have positive news online.
Fact is this, they ask you for your creditcard info when you sign-on. When you try to unsubscribe via the App store there is NO way to do so. (Trust me, I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with apple about this.) When I emailed the Noom I got a response from Noom that they CANNOT find an account connected to my email. I am 3 days into the trial and i have no way of canceling. I now need to work with my bank to see if I can get my bank card deactivated, and report a possible scam.
We will see if I recieve a fee...
I am saddend, but not surprised, to see a company take advantage of people that are simply seeking empathy with dealing with weightloss. This app should not be continued to be offered on the app store by Apple.
