Seems like a great idea

I recently purchased an Apple Watch after using a Fitbit flex for over a year. I wanted to track more of my fitness and I thought the Apple Watch would be the smartest upgrade to make. I have been searching high and low for an all-in-one app like Fitbit has. I thought Noom was finally the one. But I just cant figure it out. My Apple Watch is supposed to sync data to the health app which in turn is supposed to sync with Noom. Seems simple but just isnt working that way. My step count on my watch and health app are showing 5,000 steps but Noom is showing 0. Ive closed and opened both apps numerous times. Ive installed and reinstalled numerous times. Tracking fitness shouldnt be this hard or this much work. My energy should be spent working out!

The free version is very user friendly, and I love it! You can set the app to remind you to log meals, and it even has slots for snacks, which is what I needed. It provides simple and helpful to keep you motivated, and it gives off a positive vibe. This app is also great for logging steps, and for first time fitness app users, because it is easy to navigate

Good app

I like the app and Noom program. However something Id like fixed is the weight graph. When I tap on the dots of my weigh-ins the weight number keeps changing. Its annoying and confusing.

I love noom

I love noom and I would give it 5 stars but its missing things it used to have like showing you at the end of the day a color food graph to show your percentage of green food, yellow food, and red food. I liked that because it always motivated me to eat more green food. However you still can track your food colors and your exercise and it gives you health tips along with tracking your weight. Ive been using it for years after three babies and I went from 105 to 175 back down to 102 at one point and now after my third baby Im using it again and am at 120 hoping to get back down to 105 which is not unhealthy since Im only 5ft. Anyways great app!

Miracles happen with Noom!

Losing weight has always been an emotional journey for me. I used to weigh, 130 kgs, last summer. I was a food junkie and passing through a depressed state as I was too lazy to accomplish something. I tried, low carb diets, running and what not but was unable to reduce my weight. So one fine morning, I installed this app and in 4 months lost 34 kgs. Ofcoarse, it required a lot of dedication but it wouldve been absolutely impossible without noom!
